Slowman's Shuffle Long slow distance will get you there not drooly-mouthed with a vacant stare no racing pulse, or a throat that's raw don't be the worst thing the cat ever saw. Don't sprint or do repeats, don't aim for death's door what you really don't do is put the pedal to the floor instead it's an easy pace, like a wolf covering ground trotting hour after hour, with a gentle guide, not a bound. Leave gasping for air for other times and places when you go for a run, it's to cover big, long spaces to burn off some fat, end up feeling so very, very good your heart will say thanks, too, for running as you should.
